Thank you for your support of the one by One campaign.  To submit a withdrawal from your parish one by One account please fill out the form below.  Once the form is submitted, we will process your request.  Please know this process may take up to 10 to 14 business days for you to receive your check. We also have a delay in processing checks between June 15 and June 30 during the close of our fiscal year.
